For World Menopause Day our ASOSers got to learn a bit more about not only menopause, but perimenopause too ❤️ We got to hear from Jo Fuller - leadership coach, international speaker and Founder of The Merry Menopause™ . She spoke to us about what menopause really is, the phases and symptoms and how menstrual cycle awareness can support energy, mood and productivity. We're also taking more tangible action to help our ASOSers too. Like enhancing our Menopause and Perimenopause policy to make it more inclusive and supportive, and introducing Mental Health First Aiders, specifically dedicated to supporting those going through perimenopause and menopause.
